Job summary

The Cadillac Formula 1® Team is seeking a Systems and Process Accountant to strengthen our finance systems at Silverstone. You will own system functionality, drive improvements, and ensure processes scale with our growth while collaborating across Finance, Operations and IT.

With post-qualification experience in accounting, you will help automate workflows, embed strong internal controls, and support change management to deliver measurable value across the function.

Qualifications

• Qualified (ACA, ACCA, CIMA) with post-qualification experience.
• Experience working with finance systems, ideally in a systems-focused role.
• Curious mindset with the ability to translate system behaviour into value.
• Experience reviewing or auditing internal controls and processes.

Responsibilities

• Lead continuous improvement of finance processes and identify gaps.
• Ensure system controls are strong, scalable and aligned with internal audit standards.
• Own core financial processes and ensure they run efficiently.
• Partner with Finance, Operations, IT and Engineering to enhance system capabilities.
• Drive automation and digitalisation to reduce manual work.
• Support process documentation, training and change management when features are introduced.

Closing Date: Friday 4th September 2026 Fueled by bold ambition We have an exciting opportunity for a Systems and Process Accountant to join our growing Finance team in Silverstone. You will play a pivotal role in shaping and strengthening our finance systems, ensuring our processes are robust, efficient and built for scale. With the team expanding rapidly, this is a chance to make a tangible impact where no two days are the same. You will be owning system functionality, driving improvements, and ensuring that our processes and controls evolve in line with our ambitions. Working closely with Finance, Operations, and cross-functional stakeholders, you'll help ensure our systems work harder, smarter, and more intuitively for the whole team. Develop a deep understanding of our system setup, configuration and maintenance, becoming the go-to subject matter expert

• Lead continuous improvement of finance processes and identifying gaps, designing solutions, and embedding best practice
• Ensure system controls are strong, scalable and aligned with internal audit standards, acting similarly to an internal auditor in assessing and strengthening control environments
• Own core financial processes, ensuring they run efficiently, consistently and in line with team policies
• Partner with stakeholders across Finance, Operations, IT and Engineering to understand needs and enhance system capabilities
• Drive automation and digitalisation opportunities to get the system doing more and reducing manual work across the function
• Support process documentation, training and change management as new features or workflows are introduced

• Qualified (ACA, ACCA, CIMA) with post-qualification experience
• Experience working with finance systems, ideally in a systems-focused or process-improvement role
