Job summary

The Cadillac Formula 1® Team is seeking a Systems and Process Accountant to strengthen our finance systems at Silverstone. You will own system functionality, drive improvements, and ensure processes scale with our growth while collaborating across Finance, Operations and IT.

With post-qualification experience in accounting, you will help automate workflows, embed strong internal controls, and support change management to deliver measurable value across the function.

Qualifications

• Qualified (ACA, ACCA, CIMA) with post-qualification experience.
• Experience working with finance systems, ideally in a systems-focused role.
• Curious mindset with the ability to translate system behaviour into value.
• Experience reviewing or auditing internal controls and processes.

Responsibilities

• Lead continuous improvement of finance processes and identify gaps.
• Ensure system controls are strong, scalable and aligned with internal audit standards.
• Own core financial processes and ensure they run efficiently.
• Partner with Finance, Operations, IT and Engineering to enhance system capabilities.
• Drive automation and digitalisation to reduce manual work.
• Support process documentation, training and change management when features are introduced.
