The Workforce Information Systems team sits within the Pay & Systems Service, part of Workforce Services, supporting reliable, accurate and customer-focused services for our employees and traded customers.
As a Workforce Assistant, you will provide first line support for our core workforce systems, (iTrent and Hornbill), by responding to customer queries and maintaining accurate system records. Your role will support the delivery of workforce services that support our people strategy and service offer.
