Job summary

Ticketmaster UK in the United Kingdom is seeking a Client Account Manager - System Venues to manage system venue clients with a proactive, customer- and business-focused approach. You will support on-sale events, maximise retail potential and maintain accurate venue data.

Work across teams to ensure service levels, identify efficiencies through new technologies, and deliver excellent customer service while aligning with Live Nation Entertainment’s live entertainment vision.

Qualifications

• IT literate with Word, Excel, Outlook
• Experience in the ticketing industry
• Knowledge of Ticketmaster systems is preferred

Responsibilities

• Satisfy, retain and develop client relationships by ensuring good levels of communication with venues and promoters whilst providing system support and query resolution.
• Develop and maintain an in-depth understanding of each client’s business needs whilst identifying potential new business opportunities or improved efficiencies through the application of new technologies or operational practices.
• Regularly review and update all client information/deal sheets in conjunction with the Client Services Manager to include contractual information and service charges applied therein.
• Effectively monitor and control available ticket inventory with a view to maximising its retail potential.
• Take ownership of on-sale events and be present for the duration of the on-sale period as directed by the Client Services management.
• Ensure that all event related information is accurate and accessible across all sales channels before and during events.
• Develop and maintain effective teamwork across departments to ensure smooth operations for client accounts.
• Promote the highest level of customer service standards to internal and external customers.
