Job summary

Ticketmaster UK is seeking a Client Account Manager - System Venues to service our system venue clients, deliver proactive account management and maintain high standards of customer service. The role supports venues in London, Manchester or Glasgow, within a 12-month FTC, full-time.

You will develop client relationships, spot new business opportunities, coordinate on-sale activities and work with Sales, Marketing and Event Operations to optimise ticket inventory and cross-channel communications.

Qualifications

• I.T. literate - Windows Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Proven experience in the Ticketing Industry
• Knowledge of Ticketmaster systems is preferable

Responsibilities

• Satisfy, retain and develop client relationships via effective communication with venues and promoters.
• Identify client needs and opportunities to improve efficiencies through new technologies or practices.
• Monitor client information and contract details; update deal sheets.
• Manage event on-sale and ensure accurate event information across channels.
