Job summary

Live Nation Entertainment Inc. is seeking a Client Account Manager - System Venues to manage system-venue client relationships across London, Manchester or Glasgow. You will provide proactive account management and high standards of customer service for venues and promoters.

Key duties include coordinating on-sales, maintaining client data, and collaborating with multiple teams to maximise ticket sales and improve efficiencies. The contract is a 12-month FTC with full-time hours.

Qualifications

• IT literate with Windows Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Proven experience in the ticketing industry
• Knowledge of Ticketmaster systems is preferable

Responsibilities

• Manage client relationships with venues and promoters, providing system support and resolving queries.
• Understand each client's business needs and identify new opportunities or efficiencies with new tech.
• Maintain client information and contract details with the Client Services Manager.
• Monitor ticket inventory to maximise retail potential.
• Oversee event on-sales from start to finish as directed.
• Ensure event information is accurate and accessible across channels.
• Notify internal departments of cancelled or amended events and assist affected customers.
• Collaborate across teams to ensure smooth operations.
• Produce weekly client sales activity reports.
• Plan and manage event day box offices.
• Promote high levels of customer service.
• Be flexible with hours and location; adapt to shift system.
