Job summary

Recruit Mint Ltd. in Market Deeping is seeking a System Test Engineer to integrate, configure and test customer communication systems for safety-critical environments.

You will conduct Factory Acceptance Tests, respond to technical queries, and maintain FAT documentation and test records to ensure contractual requirements are met before delivery. The candidate should have A-Levels in Maths and a Science subject or an HNC in Electrical/Electronic Engineering, plus experience testing electronic

Qualifications

• Experience testing electronic communication systems.
• Ability to interpret technical specifications, drawings and test documentation.
• Methodical approach to testing, fault diagnosis and record keeping.
• Experience integrating, configuring or fault-finding complex electronic systems.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Integrate, configure and test customer communication systems.
• Conduct Factory Acceptance Tests and respond to technical queries.
• Prepare and maintain FAT documentation, test reports and records.
• Configure and test system cabinets, databases and third-party equipment.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Production, Purchasing and Planning to ensure readiness for testing and delivery.
• Identify, investigate and record technical faults and drive resolutions.
