  • Producing and maintaining test documentation including test plans, SOPs and reports.
  • Analysing production test data to identify trends, anomalies and opportunities for improvement.
  • Working closely with manufacturing, design, quality and suppliers to resolve issues and improve test coverage.
  • Supporting new product development with DfT/DfM input and prototype test fixture development.
  • Improving test efficiency, reliability and throughput across production lines.
What You’ll Bring
  • Degree or equivalent experience in Electronic/Electrical Engineering.
  • Strong hands‑on experience with electronic test equipment (oscilloscopes, DMMs, power supplies, loads, signal generators).
  • Experience with ATE systems and automated test development.
  • Ability to write/debug test software (C/C++, C#, Python or similar).
  • Solid understanding of analogue/digital electronics and fault‑finding down to component level.
  • Familiarity with communication protocols (SPI, I2C, RS‑232/485, Ethernet).
  • Experience with fault finding and rework
  • Strong analytical mindset, resilience in a production environment, and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • You enjoy solving complex test challenges.
