Job summary

MBDA UK is seeking a System of Systems Integration Lead to coordinate a multi-disciplinary engineering team for the integration of MBDA land products into a Ground Based Air Defence system. You will define System of Systems requirements with the customer and industry partners and lead technical groups to resolve queries.

The role involves travel overseas regularly to engage with customers and partners, with hybrid working on-site in Bristol.

Qualifications

• Experience in developing and integrating complex systems.
• Strong systems thinking and ability to drive trade studies.
• Excellent communication to convey technical info to stakeholders.
• Experience developing requirement sets and aligning with stakeholders.
• Knowledge of leading work packages and project engineering.

Responsibilities

• Lead a multi-disciplinary engineering team in engagement with customer and industry partners.
• Define System of Systems Requirements and evolution paths for future development.
• Act as main technical point of contact for System of Systems activities and queries.
• Lead regular technical working groups with the customer and coordinate inputs from engineering teams.
• Coordinate responses to customer and industry partners and resolve technical issues.
