Job summary

Qualifications

• Systems engineering experience across lifecycle phases (requirements, architecture, verification, certification).
• Knowledge of systems engineering processes for performance and functional chains is beneficial.
• Experience with tools such as DOORS/DOORS NG/Rhapsody.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with clear documentation.
• Good verbal communication, listening and time management.
• Ability to lead and manage work packages in assigned areas.
• Desire to grow systems engineering methods within the team.
• Ability to engage with SMEs and learn new technical areas.
• Ability to initiate trade studies and system development activities.
• Strong interpersonal skills and teamwork.
