Job summary

MBDA is seeking a skilled Systems Integration and Proving Trials Engineer to join the Land Ceptor ground-based trials program. The role combines functional testing, equipment qualification and analysis across UK, Poland and the USA, delivering evidence to qualify MBDA Weapon Systems.

This UK-based position offers hybrid working with 3–5 days on-site, and potential travel abroad. Strong communication, cross-site collaboration, and V&V lifecycle experience are required; BPSS checks will be

Qualifications

• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience communicating with engineering and management stakeholders.
• Experience working across large teams and multiple sites.
• Experience with V&V lifecycle, requirements management and defect reporting.

Responsibilities

• Plan trials with stakeholders to demonstrate integration and gather evidence.
• Liaise with systems engineering and design teams to ensure data and issue resolution.
• Analyze system behaviour across internal and external interfaces.
• Deliver trials in lab rigs, system-of-systems, acceptance and firing trials.
• Conduct and support failure investigations and risk assessments.
