Job summary

Cornwall Partnership is seeking an experienced System Leadership Consultant to design and deliver leadership and organisational development programmes across Cornwall and the Isles of Scilly. You will work with senior leaders, system partners and frontline teams to promote compassionate, inclusive leadership and drive culture change.

The role focuses on cross-organisational collaboration, coaching and mentoring, and evaluating programme impact to foster sustainable improvements in staff

Qualifications

• Degree-level education in a relevant subject area.
• Postgraduate training and continuing professional development in organisational and leadership development.
• Masters level or equivalent experience at a senior level in organisational and leadership development.

Responsibilities

• Design, deliver and evaluate leadership, management and organisational development programmes across Cornwall and the Isles of Scilly.
• Develop compassionate, inclusive and effective leadership practice with leaders, teams and system partners.
• Support cultural change and workforce transformation initiatives to improve collaboration across health and care organisations.
• Facilitate workshops and learning events, both face-to-face and virtually.
• Provide expert advice on leadership development, organisational development and change management.

Education

Educated to degree level in relevant subject area

Evidence of post graduate training and continuing professional development in Organisational and Leadership Development

Educated to masters level or equivalent experience of working at a senior level in Organisational and Leadership Development
