Job summary

CORNWALL PARTNERSHIP NHS FOUNDATION TRUST is seeking to appoint a System Leadership Consultant to design, deliver and evaluate leadership and organisational development programmes across Cornwall and the Isles of Scilly.

You will work with senior leaders, teams and system partners to foster compassionate, inclusive and effective leadership practices that improve collaboration across health and care services.

Qualifications

• Design, deliver and evaluate leadership, management and organisational development programmes across Cornwall and the Isles of Scilly.
• Work with leaders, teams and system partners to develop compassionate, inclusive and effective leadership practice.
• Support cultural change, organisational development and workforce transformation initiatives that improve collaboration across health and care organisations.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate workshops, learning events, action learning sets and other development activities, both face-to-face and virtually.
• Provide expert advice and guidance on leadership development, organisational development and change management.
• Build strong relationships with stakeholders across partner organisations and work collaboratively to achieve shared goals.
• Use insight, feedback and evaluation to continually improve programmes and demonstrate their impact.
• Support talent development, coaching, mentoring and succession planning approaches that help develop future leaders.
• Contribute to the ongoing development of the Compassionate and Inclusive Leadership Hub and its ambition to create a culture where people can thrive and deliver outstanding care.
