Qualifications

• Strategic workforce planning and people management expertise.
• Ability to lead organisational design and culture change initiatives.
• Strong knowledge of employment legislation and HR practice.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic workforce leadership to support Trust objectives.
• Align workforce plans with organisational priorities and transformation programmes.
• Develop talent management, succession planning and leadership development.
• Improve employee engagement, wellbeing, inclusion and staff experience.
• Coach leaders to build high-performing teams and positive cultures.
• Use workforce data to inform decisions and improvements.
