Job summary

Cornwall Partnership NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a Consultant Practitioner in Community Mental Health to lead clinical and leadership activities across the service. You will shape care delivery, support pathways, and drive a co-produced model with partners to meet complex needs.

You will work with an established leadership team to ensure safe, high-quality care, balancing clinical expertise with system-wide improvement and workforce development.

Qualifications

• NMC or HCPC registration is essential.
• Master’s level education in a relevant subject is required.
• Advanced clinical practice qualification or equivalent recognition.

Responsibilities

• Establish values-based practice across care pathways and systems.
• Provide strategic leadership across the care pathway and service.
• Foster learning, development and innovation across the system.
• Develop a knowledge-rich culture contributing to research and improvement.
