Job summary

TKMS Atlas UK is seeking a System Design Authority to drive systems engineering from concept to in-service support across submarine systems. You will own technical ownership and act with authority as deployed systems are used, supported and updated.

Engage customers, project managers and internal teams to ensure delivery in demanding underwater environments. The SDA role emphasizes leadership, collaboration, and delivering technically robust solutions while enabling growth and maintaining

Qualifications

• Ability to think in system terms across product lifecycles.
• Proven leadership in technical teams and reviews.
• Strong written and verbal communication for reports and proposals.
• Experience engaging customers, stakeholders and military staff.

Responsibilities

• Analyze requirements and translate into high level architectural designs.
• Prepare technical proposals and support bids and tenders.
• Oversee technical management of assigned initiatives and ensure on-time delivery.
