Job summary

TKMS Atlas UK operates from its headquarters on the Jurassic Coast in Dorset and is offering a Graduate System Design Authority (SDA) Support role within its Engineering Graduate Programme. You will develop software solutions for above-water and underwater systems and join a two-year scheme that leads to a permanent role from day one.

Qualifications

• On course for degree in a STEM related discipline.
• Problem solving skills.
• Good communication skills, both written and oral.
• Interest in and ability to work across a broad technical scope.
• Organised and self-motivated; deliver tasks with limited supervision.
• Ability to extract key facts from information.
• Effective communication across multi-discipline projects.
• Flexible and adaptive; time management in a multi-tasking environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide focussed support to the SDA team in delivering systems.
• Support other P&L divisions where work relates to Submarine Systems Division interests.
• Support Bids development.
• Review and help write technical documents for internal and external use.
• Represent the SDA at allocated work meetings and record actions.
• Collate information for and help drive product and technology road maps.
