Job summary

GXO Logistics, Inc. in Milton Keynes is hiring a System Administrator to support the Waitrose account. You’ll join the systems team responsible for inbound deliveries and daily operation support.

This full-time, permanent role operates a 5 out of 7 weekly rota with shifts from 06:00 to 14:00 and 14:00 to 22:00, offering an hourly rate of £15.34 plus benefits. We value proactive problem-solving and reliable teamwork in a fast-paced logistics environment.

Qualifications

• Office data entry experience is advantageous; training provided.
• Customer-focused with strong communication and adaptability.
• Attention to detail and ability to multitask under pressure.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office software.

Responsibilities

• Carry out daily clerical tasks as directed by Team Leader or Co-ordinator.
• Receive delivery notes and process them on the system (JDA).
• Report non-conformances to ensure supplier standards are met.
• Verify proof of delivery documents for invoicing accuracy.
• Assist operations to ensure smooth day-to-day running.
