Thatz International Pte Ltd is seeking a proactive System Administrator to maintain and support our IT infrastructure, cloud services, VDI environments, and end-user computing platforms. You will ensure availability, performance, and security across on-premises and cloud systems, including 365, VDI, and core services.

Qualificações

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Computer Science/Engineering/IT or related field.
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft 365 services and user management.
• Experience with VDI platforms (VMware Horizon, Citrix Virtual Apps & Desktops, and/or Azure Virtual Desktop).
• Knowledge of cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP) and IT infrastructure components.
• Familiarity with IT service management (ITIL) processes and tools such as ServiceNow or Jira Service Management.

Responsabilidades

• Administer, monitor, and maintain servers, cloud services, VDI, and core infrastructure to ensure performance and reliability.
• Manage user accounts, access permissions, and identity services per security policies.
• Monitor system health, perform capacity planning, and implement proactive measures.
• Support security operations, incident response, and logging activities.
• Document configurations, procedures, licenses, and standards; collaborate with teams to improve IT services.
