Job summary

Catalent Swindon is hiring an Operations Team Manager to lead the daily dispensing and mixing production activities onsite. You will drive safe, compliant operations, coach staff, and deliver production targets within a strong HSE and GMP framework.

The role emphasizes continuous improvement, staff development, and efficient manufacturing performance with a shift pattern that includes day and night rotations and a 4-day cycle, all onsite in Swindon, UK.

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading operational or production teams.
• Strong people management, coaching and performance management skills.
• Experience in a regulated pharmaceutical/manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate daily dispensing and mixing operations to meet production schedules safely and efficiently.
• Manage staffing levels and ensure adequate coverage across critical processes.
• Promote a strong HSE culture and conduct risk assessments as required.
• Ensure GMP compliance and SOP adherence, with batch records completion.
