- Apprenticeship or proven experience in a relevant engineering field.
- Detailed understanding of engineering issues and improvement processes.
- Analytical thinker able to assess requirements and choose solutions.
- Ability to influence and collaborate at all levels to hit targets.
- Professional representation of the company on site.
Responsibilities
- Monitor equipment to deliver a reliable maintenance schedule.
- Perform maintenance tasks to improve equipment reliability.
- Promote practices with production staff to improve handling and tooling.
- Assist with machine breakdowns and support engineering projects.
