About the Role

We are partnering with a vibrant, internationally recognised premium fashion brand to recruit a Client Advisor for its London boutique.

Known for its colourful aesthetic, destination-inspired collections and energetic approach to luxury lifestyle, this is a brilliant opportunity for someone who loves fashion, enjoys building relationships with customers and thrives in a small, close-knit store environment.

This is a very hands-on position where you will be responsible for delivering a warm, personalised client experience while contributing directly to the commercial success of the store.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver an engaging, personalised and memorable experience to every client.

• Build strong product knowledge across swimwear, ready-to-wear and lifestyle collections.

• Confidently approach customers and offer styling advice based on their individual needs.

• Drive individual and store sales targets, with a strong understanding of KPIs including ATV, UPT and conversion.

• Build lasting client relationships through proactive clienteling and follow-up.

• Develop a strong understanding of regular and international clientele.

• Maintain high standards of visual merchandising and overall store presentation.

• Support with stock management, replenishment and general day-to-day boutique operations.

• Work closely with the Store Manager and wider team to achieve commercial objectives.

• Act as a positive brand ambassador both inside and outside of the store.

About You

We are looking for someone who is naturally energetic, personable and commercially driven, with the confidence to create genuine connections with customers.

You will ideally have:

• Previous experience within premium or contemporary fashion retail, ideally within a boutique or smaller store environment.

• A strong background in customer service and one-to-one selling.

• Confidence working towards individual and team sales targets.

• Experience with clienteling and building repeat business.

• A proactive approach – you are comfortable approaching customers and creating selling opportunities.

• A genuine interest in fashion, travel, lifestyle and styling.

• A flexible and adaptable attitude within a small team environment.

• A polished yet approachable presence, with plenty of personality and energy.

This role would particularly suit someone coming from a premium, contemporary or lifestyle-led fashion brand who enjoys being on the shop floor, building relationships and taking ownership of their own performance.
