Job summary

Freedom Leisure is seeking a Swim Teacher for casual hours to deliver swimming lessons in our Learn to Swim programme. You’ll teach to the Swim England plan, adapting to ages and abilities, and work with parents to track progression.

Qualified with Level 2 Swim Teaching, you’ll have an Enhanced DBS and enjoy flexible hours, with a supportive team in England and Wales. Salary is paid per hour and relies on centre needs.

Qualifications

• Level 2 Swim Teaching qualification is essential.
• Enhanced DBS check required.
• Strong communication and childcare-support skills expected.

Responsibilities

• Teach swimming to children and/or adults as part of the centre's programme.
• Communicate with parents/guardians about child progression and development.
• Supervise customers in the pool area to ensure safety and wellbeing.
• Interact positively with customers and provide great service.
