Freedom Leisure is seeking a Swim Teacher to deliver swimming lessons for children and adults at our centres across England. You will be supported with training and opportunities for progression, with training provided and a DBS check required.

The role emphasizes safe supervision, strong customer interaction, and supporting participants to achieve their goals. Flexible casual hours are available within our Leisure Centre programmes.

Formación

• To teach swimming to children and/or adults according to qualification and training
• Communicate with parents/guardians about development and progression
• Assist in supervising pool users ensuring safety and discipline
• Excellent communication skills and desire to work with customers
• Ability to deal with children and parents
• Level 2 swimming teaching qualification
• Enhanced DBS check to be carried out

Responsabilidades

• To teach swimming to children and/or adults as part of the Leisure Centre’s swimming lesson programme, according to qualification, training and experience
• To communicate with the children’s parents/guardians concerning their development, and advise on their progression through the programme
• To assist in the supervision of customers in the swimming pool and surrounds, ensuring their safety and discipline
• Excellent communication skills with a genuine desire to work closely with customers.
