Job summary

Freedom Leisure is seeking a Swim Teacher to deliver swimming lessons to customers of all ages at our leisure centre in Totton. You’ll provide supportive instruction, monitor progress, and uphold safety standards while building positive experiences for our members and guests.

This casual role offers flexible hours, training support, and opportunities to develop professionally within a welfare-minded community-focused charity.

Qualifications

• Level 2 swimming teaching qualification is required.
• Enhanced DBS check to be carried out.

Responsibilities

• Teach swimming to children and/or adults as part of the centre's programme.
• Communicate with parents/guardians about progress and development.
• Supervise pool area to ensure safety and discipline.
• Maintain excellent communication with customers and colleagues.
