Job summary

Freedom Leisure in England is recruiting a Swim Teacher to deliver swimming lessons to customers of all ages and abilities, ensuring support and goal achievement. We provide training and support, and welcome applicants from diverse backgrounds with potential first-time job entrants.

Hours are casual and as required. You will teach to children and adults per the programme, communicate with parents about progress, assist in supervising the pool area and maintain safety, and uphold excellent

Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills with customers and colleagues.
• Ability to work with children and parents to monitor progress.
• Experience in delivering swimming lessons is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Teach swimming to children and adults as part of the lesson programme according to qualification and experience.
• Communicate with parents/guardians about child progress and progression.
• Supervise pool area and ensure safe and disciplined environment.
• Provide great customer service and engage with customers.
