Job summary

David Lloyd Clubs in Luton is seeking a passionate Swim Supervisor to join Europe’s leading premium health and wellness group. You will manage children’s swimming lessons and maximise occupancy while delivering exceptional service.

As a Swim Supervisor you will lead by example, foster a friendly, inclusive culture and work as part of a team to help members achieve their goals at every age. You will ensure safety standards and participate in training to grow professionally.

Qualifications

• A Swim England Level 2 Swimming Teacher qualification or equivalent.
• A genuine passion for fitness and helping members achieve their aims.
• Strong engagement, communication and listening skills; team collaboration and knowledge sharing.

Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee children’s swimming lessons and maximise class occupancy.
• Lead by example to deliver outstanding service and safety.
• Collaborate with fitness teams to provide a positive, inclusive club experience for all ages.
