David Lloyd Leisure Ltd. in Luton is seeking a part-time Swim Supervisor to oversee children's swimming lessons and maximise occupancy across the pool timetable. You will lead by example, deliver high-quality service and help members achieve their goals with energy and care.

Essential is a Swim England Level 2 Swimming Teacher qualification (or equivalent), a genuine passion for fitness, strong communication and active listening, and a collaborative, team-based approach.
