David Lloyd Leisure is seeking a Swim Supervisor for our Birmingham club to manage children's swimming lessons and maximise occupancy. You will lead by example as a dedicated swim professional and ensure a high standard of coaching and member satisfaction.

You will collaborate with a friendly team, prioritise safety, and contribute to an inclusive club culture while delivering outstanding service to our members.

Qualifications

• Swim England Level 2 qualification or equivalent.
• Genuine passion for fitness.
• Strive to always give great service and exceed expectations.
• Strong engagement, good communication and active listening skills.
