David Lloyd Leisure Ltd is seeking a Swim Supervisor to lead and oversee children’s swimming lessons while maximizing club occupancy. You will be a dedicated Swim professional, setting a high standard and helping members achieve their aims across all ages.

Qualifications

• Must hold a Swim England Level 2 Swimming Teacher qualification or an equivalent credential.
• Demonstrates a genuine passion for fitness and wellbeing.

• Excellent engagement, communication and active listening abilities.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage children’s swimming lessons and maximize occupancy.
