Job summary

David Lloyd Leisure Ltd in Bicester is hiring a passionate Swimming Teacher to coach members of all ages in one-to-one or group sessions. You will deliver high-quality experiences, foster a welcoming atmosphere, and help members achieve their swimming goals with energy and care.

The role requires Swim England Level 2 Swimming Teacher qualification or equivalent, a strong communication style, and a proactive mindset.

Qualifications

• Must hold Swim England Level 2 Swimming Teacher qualification or equivalent.
• Passion for health & fitness and helping members improve.
• Excellent communication and collaboration with members and peers.

Responsibilities

• Coach members in one-to-one sessions and small groups.
• Lead group lessons and monitor progress of swimmers.
• Ensure safety protocols and poolside standards at all times.

Compensation Range - competitive £19.50 per hour
