David Lloyd Clubs in the United Kingdom is seeking a passionate Swim Supervisor to lead children’s swimming lessons and maximise occupancy, while delivering exceptional service to our members.

You will be a Swim England Level 2 Swimming Teacher or equivalent, dedicated to fitness, with strong communication and teamwork. Join us to help create an inclusive, thriving club culture.

Qualifications

• Must hold Swim England Level 2 Swimming Teacher qualification (or equivalent).
• Demonstrates genuine passion for fitness and safe coaching.
• Strong communication and active listening skills to engage learners.

• Lead and supervise children’s swimming lessons.
• Maximise lesson occupancy and ensure high-quality service to members.
