Job summary

Nuffield Health's Nuneaton Fitness and Wellbeing Club is seeking a confident Swim Instructor for a bank/ad-hoc role. The rate is up to £16.50 per hour and you will deliver safe, engaging swimming lessons to customers of all ages.

You should hold ASA Level 2 or Swim England Level 2, enjoy teaching, and work well with colleagues to promote the Swim England framework and memberships. You will deliver one-to-one or group lessons and inspire swimmers to achieve their goals.

Qualifications

• ASA Level 2 or Swim England Level 2 qualification required.
• Good people skills and a love for swimming.
• Experience delivering swimming lessons is a plus.

As a Swim Instructor at our Nuneaton Fitness and Wellbeing Gym, you'll need to have an ASA level 2 or Swim England Level 2 qualification, together with good people skills and a love for all things swimming. At Nuffield Health we have a variety of swimmers of all ages and abilities and run our lessons through the Swim England framework.

You will gain experience of achieving targets and working with colleagues to improve the performance of your lessons.

As a Swim Instructor you will:

• Engage and inspire swimmers of all ages to achieve their swimming goals
• Make the most out of every opportunity to help people learn and develop
• Deliver one-to-one lessons or group classes
• Be a positive role model with a fun, engaging approach
• Have a talent for teaching that meets people's individual needs
