Job summary

Nuffield Health Swindon FWC is seeking a part-time Swim Instructor to provide safe, engaging swimming lessons for our members and customers.

You should hold ASA Level 2 or Swim England Level 2, with strong people skills and a love of swimming. We run Swim England framework to guide lessons for all ages and abilities.

Qualifications

• Hold ASA Level 2 or Swim England Level 2 qualification.
• Excellent people skills and a love for swimming.
• Comfortable delivering both one-to-one lessons and group classes.

Responsibilities

• Engage and inspire swimmers of all ages to achieve their swimming goals.
• Deliver one-to-one lessons or group classes.
• Be a positive role model with a fun, engaging approach.
• Promote memberships by explaining the advantages of our facilities.
• Help individuals progress and build confidence in the water.

Job description

Swim Instructor

Nuffield Health Swindon FWC | Pool | Bank | Part time

£20 per hour

Working on the bank means you are not contracted to a set number of hours per week but instead work on an ad-hoc basis to suit the needs of the business and your availability.

As a Swim Instructor at one of our fitness and wellbeing sites, you'll need to have a ASA level 2 or Swim England Level 2 qualification, together with good people skills and a love for all things swimming. At Nuffield Health we have a variety of swimmers of all ages and abilities and run our lessons through the Swim England framework.

You will gain experience of achieving targets and working with colleagues to improve the performance of your lessons.

As a Swim Instructor you will:
