Job summary

Nuffield Health is seeking a Swim Instructor for our Nuneaton Fitness and Wellbeing Club. This bank/ad-hoc role involves delivering safe, engaging swimming lessons to members using the Swim England framework.

You will hold ASA Level 2 / Swim England Level 2, with strong people skills, adaptable to all ages and abilities, and a passion for teaching swimming. Benefits and flexible hours supported by a strong wellbeing culture.

Qualifications

• Strong people skills and communication.
• Experience teaching swimming is advantageous.

Nuneaton Fitness and Wellbeing Club | Pool | Bank contract | Ad-Hoc

Up to £16.50 per hour

As a Swim Instructor at our Nuneaton Fitness and Wellbeing Gym, you'll need to have a ASA level 2 or Swim England Level 2 qualification, together with good people skills and a love for all things swimming. At Nuffield Health we have a variety of swimmers of all ages and abilities and run our lessons through the Swim England framework.

You will gain experience of achieving targets and working with colleagues to improve the performance of your lessons.

As a Swim Instructor you will:

Engage and inspire swimmers of all ages to achieve their swimming goals

Make the most out of every opportunity to help people learn and develop

Deliver one-to-one lessons or group classes

Be a positive role model with a fun, engaging approach

Have a talent for teaching that meets people's individual needs

Promote memberships by explaining the advantages that our facilities offer
