Job summary

Nuneaton Fitness and Wellbeing Club in Nuneaton is seeking a Swim Instructor on a bank/ad-hoc basis. The role requires ASA Level 2 or Swim England Level 2 and strong communication to deliver safe, engaging swimming lessons across ages and abilities.

You will work within the Swim England framework, inspire learners, and collaborate with staff to improve lesson outcomes. Competitive hourly rate and benefits apply.

Up to £16.50 per hour

As a Swim Instructor at our Nuneaton Fitness and Wellbeing Gym, you'll need to have a ASA level 2 or Swim England Level 2 qualification, together with good people skills and a love for all things swimming. At Nuffield Health we have a variety of swimmers of all ages and abilities and run our lessons through the Swim England framework.

You will gain experience of achieving targets and working with colleagues to improve the performance of your lessons.

As a Swim Instructor you will:
