Job summary

Nuneaton Fitness and Wellbeing Club is seeking a capable Swim Instructor to deliver safe, enjoyable lessons on a bank/adhoc basis. You will hold an ASA Level 2 or Swim England Level 2 and foster a love of swimming with a friendly, professional presence.

This bank role offers flexible hours, opportunities to mentor learners, and the chance to support customers across all ages within the Swim England framework. Salary is up to £16.50 per hour, with standard employee benefits.

• Requires ASA Level 2 or Swim England Level 2 qualification.
• Good communication and people skills.
• A passion for swimming and helping others learn.

Responsibilities

• Engage swimmers of all ages to help them reach goals.

As a Swim Instructor at our Nuneaton Fitness and Wellbeing Gym, you'll need to have a ASA level 2 or Swim England Level 2 qualification, together with good people skills and a love for all things swimming. At Nuffield Health we have a variety of swimmers of all ages and abilities and run our lessons through the Swim England framework.

You will gain experience of achieving targets and working with colleagues to improve the performance of your lessons.

As a Swim Instructor you will:

• Engage and inspire swimmers of all ages to achieve their swimming goals

• Make the most out of every opportunity to help people learn and develop

• Deliver one-to-one lessons or group classes

• Be a positive role model with a fun, engaging approach

• Have a talent for teaching that meets people’s individual needs
