Job summary

Nuffield Health requires a confident, approachable Swim Instructor to deliver safe, effective swimming lessons at a Newbury site. ASA Level 2 or Swim England Level 2 is essential, along with strong people skills and a passion for swimming.

The role is ad hoc bank work, on a part-time basis, with hourly pay of £22.00 and access to a pension and gym discounts. You will support learners of different ages and abilities within the Swim England framework.

Qualifications

• Qualified to ASA Level 2 or Swim England Level 2.
• Strong communication and people skills.
• Passion for swimming and ability to teach diverse learners.

Responsibilities

Swim Instructor (Bank) Newbury FWC | Ad hoc | Part time Salary £22.00 per hour

As a Swim Instructor at one of our fitness and wellbeing sites, you’ll need to have a ASA level 2 or Swim England Level 2 qualification, together with good people skills and a love for all things swimming. At Nuffield Health we have a variety of swimmers of all ages and abilities and run our lessons through the Swim England framework.

You will gain experience of achieving targets and working with colleagues to improve the performance of your lessons.

As a Swim Instructor you will:
