Job summary

Nuffield Health is looking for a confident and approachable Swim Instructor to deliver safe, effective swimming lessons at our Bishops Stortford site. You will teach from ASA/Swim England Level 2 standards and work with swimmers of all ages and abilities within the Swim England framework.

You will gain experience in achieving targets, collaborating with colleagues to improve lesson performance, and promoting the benefits of our facilities and memberships.

Qualifications

• Must have ASA Level 2 / Swim England Level 2 qualification.
• Strong communication and people skills.
• Experience delivering swimming lessons.

Swim Instructor

Bishops Stortford FWC | Pool | Bank | Part Time

Up to £20 per hour depending on experience plus benefits

Working on the bank means you are not contracted to a set number of hours per week but instead work on an ad‑hoc basis to suit the needs of the business and your availability.

As a Swim Instructor at one of our fitness and wellbeing sites, you’ll need to have a ASA level 2 or Swim England Level 2 qualification, together with good people skills and a love for all things swimming. At Nuffield Health we have a variety of swimmers of all ages and abilities and run our lessons through the Swim England framework.

You will gain experience of achieving targets and working with colleagues to improve the performance of your lessons.
