Job description

Job Title: Swim Instructor

Salary: Up to £18.00 per hour, depending on experience

Note: Working on the bank means you are not contracted to a set number of hours per week but instead work on an ad-hoc basis to suit the needs of the business and your availability.

Requirements

• Hold an ASA Level 2 or Swim England Level 2 qualification
• Possess good people skills and a love for swimming
• Experience teaching swimmers of all ages and abilities within the Swim England framework

Responsibilities

• Engage and inspire swimmers of all ages to achieve their swimming goals
• Make the most of every opportunity to help people learn and develop
• Deliver one-to-one lessons or group classes
• Be a positive role model with a fun, engaging approach
• Tailor teaching to meet individual needs
• Promote memberships by explaining the benefits of our facilities
