Swim Instructor

Nuffield Health Reading FWC | Pool | Permanent | Part Time

Up to £41,600 per annum (pro rata), depending on experience

4 hours per week

As a Swim Instructor at one of our fitness and wellbeing sites, you’ll need a Swim England Level 2 or equivalent qualification, along with good interpersonal skills and a passion for swimming. We cater to swimmers of all ages and abilities, following the Swim England framework.

You will have opportunities to achieve targets and collaborate with colleagues to enhance your lessons’ performance.

As a Swim Instructor, you will:

• Engage and inspire swimmers of all ages to reach their swimming goals
• Utilize every opportunity to facilitate learning and development
• Deliver individual or group swimming lessons
• Act as a positive role model with a fun and engaging approach
• Adapt teaching methods to meet individual needs
