Up to £20.40 per hour depending on experience

As Britain’s largest Healthcare Charity, we’re passionate about helping people find more ways to be fit and healthy. We’re looking for someone with a confident, approachable manner and excellent communication skills to provide safe, effective swimming lessons for our customers.

We are currently seeking Saturday instructors and cover instructors as well.

As a Swim Instructor at our Leatherhead FWC, you’ll need an ASA Level 2 or equivalent qualification, along with a proven track record of coaching swimmers of all ages and abilities. Experience in achieving targets and collaborating with colleagues to enhance teaching programmes is also essential.

As a Swim Instructor, you will:

• Engage, coach, and inspire members of all ages to achieve their swimming goals
• Utilize every opportunity to help people learn and develop
• Deliver one-to-one lessons or group classes
• Be a positive role model with a fun, engaging approach
• Tailor coaching to meet individual needs
• Promote memberships by explaining the benefits of our facilities
