Requirements

Must have a Swim England Level 2 or equivalent qualification, good people skills, and a love for swimming. We serve swimmers of all ages and abilities, following the Swim England framework.

Responsibilities

1. Engage, coach, and inspire members of all ages to achieve their swimming goals.
2. Help people learn and develop through every opportunity.
3. Deliver one-to-one lessons or group classes.
4. Be a positive role model with a fun, engaging approach.
5. Coach individuals based on their needs.
6. Promote memberships by explaining our facilities' benefits.
