Up to £20.40 per hour depending on experience

We are currently looking for cover teachers to primarily cover holidays, with the possibility of permanent hours. We seek someone with a confident, approachable manner and excellent communication skills to provide safe, effective swimming lessons for our customers.

As a Swim Teacher at our Leatherhead FWC, you’ll need to have an ASA Level 2 or equivalent qualification, along with a proven track record of coaching swimmers of all ages and abilities. Additionally, experience in achieving targets and collaborating with colleagues to enhance teaching programmes is essential.

As a Swim Teacher, you will:

• Engage, coach, and inspire members of all ages to achieve their swimming goals
• Make the most of every opportunity to help people learn and develop
• Deliver both one-to-one lessons and group classes
• Be a positive role model with a fun, engaging approach
• Tailor coaching to meet individual needs
• Promote memberships by explaining the benefits of our facilities
