Job summary

Nuffield Health Fulham FWC is seeking a Swim Instructor to deliver safe, engaging swimming lessons at our fitness and wellbeing site. The role is part-time (5 hours per week) with a pro-rata salary up to £45,760, depending on experience.

You will hold ASA Level 2 or Swim England Level 2, bring great people skills and a love for swimming. You will deliver one-to-one or group sessions, inspire swimmers of all ages, and promote memberships by sharing the advantages of our facilities.

Qualifications

• Must hold ASA Level 2 or Swim England Level 2 qualification.
• Excellent communication and people skills.
• Passion for swimming and helping others improve.

Responsibilities

• Engage and inspire swimmers of all ages to achieve their swimming goals.
• Deliver one-to-one lessons or group classes.
• Be a positive role model with a fun, engaging approach.
• Promote memberships by explaining facility advantages.
