Job summary

Nuffield Health Rugby fitness site seeks an adaptable Swim Instructor (Bank) to deliver safe and engaging swimming lessons. You will work on an ad hoc basis, providing either one-to-one or group sessions and help members achieve personal goals.

The role requires ASA Level 2 / Swim England Level 2 qualification and strong people skills. A friendly, positive approach and the ability to tailor teaching to individual needs are essential.

Responsibilities
