Job summary

Nuffield Health is seeking a Swim Instructor at our Derby Fitness and Wellbeing Gym to deliver safe, effective swimming lessons for customers of all ages and abilities. You will hold an ASA Level 2 or equivalent qualification, coach one-to-one or group classes, and work with colleagues to improve teaching programmes while promoting memberships and the benefits our facilities offer.

Qualifications

• Proven track record of coaching swimmers of all ages and abilities.
• Experience achieving targets and working with colleagues to improve teaching programmes.
