Job summary

Nuffield Health is seeking a confident Swim Instructor in Wakefield on an ad-hoc bank basis. You will deliver safe, enjoyable swimming lessons for customers, using ASA Level 2 / Swim England Level 2 qualifications and a learner-focused approach.

You’ll engage learners of all ages, lead one-to-one or group sessions, model a positive attitude, and help promote membership benefits across facilities.

Qualifications

• ASA Level 2 or Swim England Level 2 qualification.
• Good people skills and a love for swimming.
• Experience delivering safe, effective swimming lessons within the Swim England framework.

Responsibilities

• Engage and inspire swimmers of all ages to achieve their swimming goals.
• Deliver one-to-one lessons or group classes.
• Be a positive role model with a fun, engaging approach.
• Teach with a style that meets individual needs.
• Promote memberships by explaining facility advantages.
