Job summary

Nuffield Health in Hertford is seeking a confident Swim Instructor to deliver safe, effective swimming lessons on a bank/part-time basis.

You will hold an ASA Level 2/ Swim England Level 2 qualification, have strong communication and people skills, and enjoy helping swimmers achieve their goals across group and one-to-one sessions while promoting gym memberships and the benefits of our facilities.

Qualifications

• Must hold ASA Level 2 / Swim England Level 2 qualification.
• Confident, approachable manner and great communication skills.
• Deliver swimming lessons to swimmers of all ages and abilities within the Swim England framework.

Responsibilities

• Deliver one-to-one lessons or group classes.
• Engage and inspire swimmers to achieve their goals.
• Be a positive role model with a fun, engaging approach.
• Promote memberships by explaining facility benefits.
