Job summary

Nuffield Health is seeking a confident Swim Instructor for our Norbury site. This bank/adhoc role requires delivering safe, effective swimming lessons to a diverse range of customers, from beginners to more confident swimmers.

You will hold ASA Level 2 or Swim England Level 2, with strong people skills and a passion for swimming. You’ll work with Swim England frameworks, helping learners achieve goals while promoting our memberships and facility benefits.

Qualifications

• ASA Level 2 or Swim England Level 2 qualification.
• Good people skills and a love for swimming.
• Experience delivering swimming lessons is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Engage and inspire swimmers of all ages to achieve their goals.
• Deliver one-to-one or group swimming lessons.
• Be a positive and engaging role model for participants.
• Promote memberships and facility benefits to customers.
